Cleanliness of the Space :
- Although cleaning is done before and after your stay, please respect the space and try to keep the apartment as clean and tidy as possible.
- Trash and the fridge must be emptied. See the designated trash locations in the neighborhood.
Non-Smoking Area :
- Our apartment is entirely non-smoking, so please strictly adhere to this rule.
- If you wish to smoke, please go outside the apartment.
Quiet Hours :
- The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood and building, where the residents live year-round.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Safety :
- When you leave the apartment, please note that the door does not lock automatically. Make sure to lock it with the key when you are away.
