Departure Guidelines

First of all, we hope you had a wonderful sty with us and that you are leaving with beautiful memories, even if you feel a bit sad to say goodbye 😢.

Here are a few guidelines to follow before leaving the apartment:

• Check-out time: Please make sure to leave the apartment before 11 a.m..
• Trash and refrigerator: Please empty all the trash bins, as well as the refrigerator and freezer.
• Linens: Place all towels in the basket provided in the bathroom.
• Turn off lights and devices: Please turn off all the lights, as well as the air conditioning or heating.
• Keys:
  • Leave one set of keys in the apartment.
  • Lock the apartment securely, and put the second set of keys in the mailbox named "HOVASSE".

Finally, don’t forget to send us a quick message once you have left the apartment, so we can prepare for the next guests.
